Durban or eThekwini (Zulu for 'bay'), is the largest city in the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal and the third largest city in the country. Durban is famous for being one of the largest and busiest ports on the African continent and is a favourite with visitors because of the city's warm subtropical climate and extensive beaches. With a population of almost 3.5 million it is the biggest city on the east coast of the Africa.
